If you’re unable to submit a claim, it may be due to the missing or incorrect information in your application. Please ensure all required fields are completed accurately and review any error messages, as they will help identify the issue. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser’s cache, as it may be a temporary technical issue.

To begin submitting applications, you must first complete your registration. Go to “Change Profile,” fill out all required information, and click “Save.” If your profile is already complete, your registration may still be pending EGIA approval. Please allow up to one business day for processing. You’ll receive an email once your registration has been approved.

Claim processing typically takes 2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your claim is reviewed. You can monitor the status of all your claims here. If you haven’t received an update within the anticipated timeframe, please contact our distributor support team for further assistance. Payments are typically issued within 5–7 business days of claim approval.
